Shoot Date: Friday (6/21/24)

Shoot Location: Effingham, GA

Rate: $240/half-day (non-speaking/non-union/local hire)

Usage: Full buyout, in perpetuity

Note: This spot will be airing in the Savannah area.

Breakdown:

“New Patient”: Female, Caucasian, 35-55yo: attractive, must be able to emote without words

“Husband”: Male, Caucasian, 35-55yo

“Doctor”: Male or Female, any ethnicity, 40+: professional looking

“Patient #2”: Male, AA, 40+: looking for someone who is bald

“Patient #3”: Male, Caucasian, 40+: bald or with hair

“Patient 4”: Female, AA, 35-45yo

“Mother of Patient 4”: Female, AA, 60+
