Extras Casting: “Pax” a Civil War Limited Series
PAX – Civil War Era Series
Core Background: YOU WILL WORK FOR THE RUN OF SHOW.
The core roles below require you to be available at a moment’s notice. We can not use anyone who is not capable of having immediate childcare/elderly care or any other prior obligations.
To apply you must be within an hour’s drive of Savannah, GA.
This series takes place in the 1860s and is a Historically accurate Period Piece and your appearance must adhere to history.
NO visible piercings or tattoos. NO hairstyles/cuts that are not in line with the period.
Ladies: you must not have visible modern augmentations, (i.e. eyebrow lifts, micro-blading, eyelash extensions, fake nails).
Men: you should have longer hair & facial hair that we can cut and shape.
PLEASE ONLY APPLY IF YOU MEET ALL OF THE ABOVE REQUIREMENTS.
There are 12-hour filming days planned – some overnights too. You should not apply if you currently have a job that you can not take an extended leave of absence.
( Please note: You will be around livestock).
Civilians Soldiers Real Life Amputees: If you have an amputated limb please denote that below.
Cavalry: Seeking Real Life Horseback Riders to portray Calvary. Please list your experience below.
Real Life Musicians: Seeking Real Life Musicians who play, drums, flute, tambourine, and fiddle. Please list your experience and if you own your own instrument.
Per production: You must be fully vaccinated and likely boostered + upload proof of vaccination to work on this production!
You are considered fully vaccinated 14 days after your 2nd shot. If your second shot was taken more than 5 months prior to your work date you must receive a booster.
Work Date(s): Filming starts May 31st 2022 and runs through November 15th 2022

TBD Weekly Flat Rate. (You will be paid whether you are filming or not.) You’ll be compensated for overtime on days filmed.
Location: Savannah, GA both Indoors/Outdoors (must be willing to work as local, no additional gas or travel bumps)
Call Time: TBD. YOU MUST BE AVAILABLE ALL DAYS MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY!
Fitting: Fittings will take place starting Monday May 9th 2022. COVID test for your fitting is on Friday, May 6th 2022. You will be fit in 3- 5 different outfits to be used at any time during filming.
COVID Testing: You will cadence test every Monday Wednesday and Friday. Must test with production at production’s designated time and location 48 hours before your booking date.
Vehicle: Transportation not provided. You must have reliable transportation to and from Covid testing, fitting, and filming date.
